Return Policies

Damaged Orders

• Obvious Damage - If an item is received with obvious damage and you are there to sign for the order please refuse the shipment and call our toll free customer service line at 1-877-496-8152. A customer service representative will take your information and ensure a replacement item is sent within 1 to 2 business days. If you are not there to refuse the order please call us and we will place a claim with the carrier and have the order picked up and replaced.
  
  
  
• Concealed Damage - If an order is received that appears to be in good condition but damage is discovered when the order is opened please call our toll free customer service line at 1-877-496-8152. A claim will be placed with the carrier and we will inform you if the item will be picked up and replaced or just replaced based on the carrier's instructions.
  

Defective Returns

• Warranty - All products are warrantied to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 30 Days unless specified otherwise by the manufacturer. If an item proves to be defective please call our toll free customer service line at 1-877-496-8152 and we will issue a carrier pick up for the item so it is returned at our expense. A replacement item will be sent once the defective item is received back at the warehouse.

  • Functional Swords - Functional swords are simply that functional they are not indestructible. (Beware the term "Battle Ready" it's very misleading). Swords were designed to cleave flesh and bone not trees (except bamboo mats), bricks or lumber. Functional swords are sold for use in the martial arts (tameshigiri) cutting competitions where items such as beef sides, bamboo mats, cardboard targets etc are used. Regardless of demonstrations in any manufacturer videos using a sword against hard wood, brick, cement, metal (including other swords) will void the warranty.
    
    
    
  • Display Swords - Display swords are exactly that. They are to be used for display on walls or as costume accessories wear they are worn but not used. They are also very useful in theatrical productions where swords are required but not to be used or contact only simulated. Striking any object with a display sword is dangerous, can cause the sword to break and may cause serious or fatal injury. Display swords that bear evidence of having been used to strike an object will have the warranty voided.

• Samurai Swords 4 U understands that you can only tell so much about an item from a picture and description. We also want you to be happy with each and every item you purchase so we offer a 7 Day No Questions Asked Satisfaction Guarantee.
  
  
• Samurai Swords 4 U guarantees you will like the item you purchased or you may return it with no questions asked. (Items Broken Through Improper Use Excluded). Just call our toll free customer service line at 1-877-496-8152 and ask for a Non Defective Return Authorization. The customer service representative will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and a return shipping address.
  
  
• Simply write this number on the box and return the item freight pre-paid and when the item is received we will issue full credit for the item (no restocking charge like some companies) AND we will refund any ground shipping costs you paid at the time of the order. (Sorry we cannot refund express shipping charges)
